Sizing Guide
NM rings come in 3 sizes: S, M, L. Our rings are handmade, so the sizing may vary a little. Please download our printable Ring Sizing Guide as a handy reference tool. If you don't know your ring size, simply place one of your own rings over the guidelines to select the most suitable size for yourself. Alternatively, cut out our paper ring sizer and calculate your ring size that way.
Yes, we accept exchanges on rings due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
In this case, please take the following action:
1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for a return or exchange.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchange & Returns Form, and return completed form with your item via post. Customer is responsible for price of postage.
Please note, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
We do not accept returns on items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
