What are your shipping fees?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship within Australia and internationally. Orders are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and sometimes Fridays each week.

What do your shipping fees cover?

Our shipping fee covers all postage, packaging and handling. International customers, please note, you are responsible for any import taxes.

How do you package your items for shipping?

Prints are safely shipped in weatherproof heavy duty postage tubes. Cards are safely shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes. Jewellery is shipped in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes or padded post bags depending on size and shape of order.

Are your screen prints available framed?

No. Unfortunately shipping glass frames is very difficult and costly. However our prints are designed to fit the Ikea RIBBA frames, measuring W 42cm x H 52cm, which are an affordable framing option available in most major cities around the world!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an extra $3.00 per item. Gifts are wrapped in white tissue paper, then tied up in black and white twine and finished with a silver NM logo sticker. To select gift wrapping for your order, please purchase necessary units of Gift Wrap under the CARDS & GIFT WRAP product category.

How long will it take for my NM order to arrive?

Within Australia, most customers will receive their order within 5-7 working days. Please allow longer for country areas and international orders. We deliver by Australia Post and offer registered post as standard within Australia on all items except Note Cards.

All customers will receive a delivery confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped. Registered Post orders will also receive a tracking number which you can use to check the delivery status with Australia Post at any time.

What should I do if my NM order has taken longer than expected to arrive?

Within Australia, if no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a pick up card for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience.

For international orders, or orders which haven't arrived within 15 working days, please contact your local post office first to check whether there are any parcels waiting for you. If it still hasn't turned up, please contact us.
