Silver | Our sterling silver (925) jewellery is coated with an anti-tarnish agent, but can still tarnish with time. Avoid scratching or contact with any chemicals in toiletries and cleaning products. Avoid polishing until silver begins to tarnish significantly. Gently wash silver in soapy warm water, then use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine. Avoid polishing oxidised (black graphic) areas on silver, as it may rub away detail. Take care when handling our hoop earring hooks. Ease hook out of hoop by gently opening the hoop a millimeter or two, then carefully position into the ear, and ease hook back into hoop.

Resin | Avoid scratching. Use a lint free cloth to remove finger prints and other marks.

Wooden Pieces | Avoid scratching. Avoid contact with any water, moisture and chemicals in toiletries and cleaning products. Take care when handling delicate pieces.

Take care with handling all NM jewellery pieces. Remember they are delicate! Any quirks in the finishing are characteristic of the handmade production technique.
