All products and shipping rates are listed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

When using a discount code ensure there are no spaces in your code. Please also check the expiry date of your code to ensure it is still valid.

Gift Vouchers

We offer a gift voucher service at any amount you like (above $29). Simply email us [hello (at) naomimurrell.com] and request a voucher at your desired amount, include your name/phone & recipient name/phone. We will provide you a paypal invoice for payment of your selected amount. We will then supply you with a cute printable/emailable voucher with a CODE to use in our ONLINE STORE. You can then email/print the voucher and give to the happy recipient!

Shipping and Handling

Domestic orders placed Monday to Friday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

All customers will receive a delivery confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped. Registered Post orders will also receive a tracking number which you can use to check the delivery status with Australia Post at any time.

Within Australia, if no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a pick up card for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience.

For international orders which haven't arrived within 14 business days, please contact your local post office first to check whether there are any parcels waiting for you. If you have no luck, please contact us.

Please note you may be responsible for any import taxes or duties on international orders. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Available for $3.00 per item. To select gift wrapping for your order, please purchase necessary units of Gift Wrap in the CARDS & GIFT WRAP department.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note: Items marked as On Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings are not available for return or exchange due to health and hygiene safety regulations.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns unless you receive faulty goods.

If this occurs, please take the following action:

1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for return.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchanges & Returns Form and return completed form with your item via post within 7 days of the date you receive your goods.
3. If your claim is approved, the return postage cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong item or wrong ring size. In either of these cases, please take the following action:

1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for an exchange.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchanges & Returns Form, and return completed form with your item via post within 7 days of the date you receive your goods.

Notice
• If your claim is approved, the original postage cost will be refunded to cover the return costs.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
• Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
• If correct replacement item/size is out of stock, NM will offer a store credit or refund to the same value as your order.
