No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

When using a discount code ensure that there are no spaces in your code. Please also check the expiry date of your code to ensure it is still valid.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item, wrong ring size (due to incorrect size selection by the customer), or something is damaged that was our fault.
In any of the cases listed above, please take the following action:
1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for a return or exchange.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchange & Returns Form, and return completed form with your item via post. Customer is responsible for price of postage.
Please note, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
We do not accept returns on items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.

ALL exchanges will incur a flat fee of $7.50 for re-postage and handling. Damaged items/rings must be returned in original condition within 7 days of the date you receive your goods. If correct replacement item/size is out of stock, we will offer a refund or credit note to the same value.
